Account Deletion
How to Delete Your Account
To permanently delete your PikanHealth account, follow these steps:
- Open the PikanHealth app and sign in to your account
- Navigate to the Profile tab in the bottom menu
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- In the Danger Zone section, tap "Delete My Account"
- Type "DELETE" in the confirmation field
- Tap "Permanently Delete Account"
Warning
Account deletion is irreversible. All your data (health metrics, tasks, journals, fasting records, water tracking, and photos) will be permanently deleted.

- • Water tracking
- • Scale measurements
- • Journals
- • Progress photos
- • Notification preferences
- • Food logs
