How does the dietitian service work?
PikanHealth connects you with real, licensed dietitians. Your dietitian creates personalized diet plans, conducts video consultations, and monitors your progress. All consultations are with real healthcare professionals.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings > Delete Account in the app. Alternatively, email info@pikanhealth.io. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is stored on encrypted servers. We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use advertising SDKs. See our Privacy Policy for details.
